Highways England is looking to engage with new suppliers whom will be able to provide the required skills and expertise to assist in providing investigatory work needed to determine and test asset conditions. This is likely to be fairly low risk services (including, but not limited to) such as; pavement surveys, drainage surveys and materials testing. In order to establish an innovative and dynamic approach to procuring technical surveys and testing, new suppliers are invited to pre-register with Highways England, by requesting a Supplier Registration Questionnaire (at the named contact point within this notice ) to be completed and returned.
