Tender description

A contract for the completion of part finished projects at 4 sites across the borough, as more particularly described in section 11.2.4 of this notice. A contract for the completion of part finished projects at 4 sites in the Borough, being: — Forty Hill — 9 Residential units, constructed on piled foundations using a closed panel timber frame system, — Holtwhites Hill — 9 Residential units, constructed on piled foundations using a closed panel timber frame system on and adjacent to the network rail maintenance access rd, — Lavender Hill — 12 Residential units, constructed on piled foundations using a closed panel timber frame system, — Jasper Close — 18 Residential units, constructed on piled foundations using a closed panel timber frame system. Under the contract (a JCT Design and Build Contract, with amendments), AMCM will be required to continue with the design and manufacture of part completed timber frames from the nominated supplier. AMCM will assume the risk associated with design, ground surveys and part completed works, will issue warranties for works completed to date and afterwards and will ensure all works satisfy building regulations.
