TC621 North West Construction Hub High Value Framework (2018 to 2022)

Tender description

The projects let under the Framework Agreement may be of a new-build nature, including: demolition, development, refurbishment or re-modelling of existing properties owned and / or used by the framework users, modular or a combination of all these aspects inclusive of any site related and external works associated with these projects. This Framework will service public bodies throughout the North West Region and may involve a wide range of building types associated with Local Authorities and other public bodies.
