Tender description

To provide a maintenance service to refrigeration equipment at the Open University premises at Milton Keynes, Manchester, Nottingham and Camden. The maintenance service includes planned maintenance, inspection and testing, maintenance repairs, emergency maintenance and keeping records to comply with the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations. The refrigeration equipment includes cassette and split type cooling systems, air cooled package chillers, AHU DX coil and chilled water circuits, unitary cooling units, adiabatic evaporative coolers and catering facility cold rooms and freezers.
