Tender description

Network Rail intends to carry out a procurement exercise to establish three framework agreements for the management and delivery of multi-discipline works across Anglia, Southeast and Wessex routes. These frameworks are intended to cover works to all categories of railway assets; including both enhancements and renewals and; building & civils, electrification, power, signaling, telecommunications and track works. These works will be undertaken primarily on Anglia, Southeast and Wessex routes, however, the framework may also be extended to other parts of the UK Rail Network. The scope of the frameworks will include design works. The procurement will be divided into 3 lots, one for each of Anglia, Southeast and Wessex routes. Network Rail intends to appoint a single framework provider for each lot. This notice is not a call for competition but instead is to alert potential bidders of a market briefing event to be staged in advance of Network Rail commencing its procurement exercise.
