Tender description

The Works will take place at an existing building located in the South Wales area. The facility will be shared with another company and will account for approximately 2,460m2. The space will be split between open plan offices and specialist laboratories (Power Electronics, RF/Microwave, Photonics/Sensors an Advanced Packaging). The project will be a Cat A and Cat B Design and Build project to create a specialist environment that will facilitate a wide variety of research and development methods, in addition to accommodating office areas for research, business development and administration.
