Tender description

Demolition is required to 50 residential properties (25no pairs) which are located on the Preston Road Estate in Hull. The dwellings are in blocks of two and are of a non-traditional construction known as Winget. The properties are believed to be built on concrete strip foundations with reinforced concrete walls with a rendered finish externally, the internal floors are timber boarded on timber joists, internal ceilings of plasterboard and a medium pitch hipped roof covered with tiles.
