The council is looking to set up a 5 years Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for land & buildings and development management services whereby the DPS has 2 lots: Lot 1 – Land and buildings. Lot 2 – Development management services. Set up of a dynamic purchasing system with 2 lots to broadly provide provision of land to the council or its relevant partners whereby a building to their specification is subsequently built /provided.
