Tender description

In pursuit of its Digital Transformation outcomes, Westminster City Council requires a Software Service Provider to provide a complete hosted IT solution in support of providing a full end to end service for the provision of Highway Services to the Council. This solution will be cloud-based and be compliant with EToN, NRSWA, TMA, and LoPS. The solution will meet the functional requirements of the following Council services: — Street Works, — Highways Inspections, — Highways & Public Lighting and Nightscouts and shall include but is not limited to the below: — — System alignment to the needs of the service, — — Compatibility with the corporate finance system, — — Enable management reporting, expenditure, and budget tracking, — — Enhance mobile working, — — Improve the Customer Experience, — — Social Value outcomes, and, — — Cost reductions. Software system and support for Highways Service.
