Multi element improvements to existing dwellings. Kitchen replacement works (inc. M&E), external cyclical redecoration works – including the identification and implementation of necessary pre-paint repair works, the removal and replacement of the vast majority of the scheme’s existing external doorsets throughout, as well as the implementation of minor external landscaping enhancements to some small areas of shared amenity space – which are owned and maintained by choice.
