The Hollands - Estate refurbishment Works - Mini Competition

Tender description

London Borough of Hounslow wish to carry out the replacement of glazed screens to the communal staircases and various other external repair works to their Blocks on The Hollands Estate. Detailed investigations highlighted that along with decorations the Blocks brickwork repairs were required and some balconies and parapet walls require rebuilding/repair. Some of private balconies have failed and will require rebuilding along with isolated areas of brickwork throughout the estate. The brickwork will also require extensive cleaning and repointing repairs. The specification includes for the replacement of the screens with a modern alternative to match the existing arrangement. A new roof structure will also be provided for the new communal screens in composite panels.
