Tender description

A comprehensive stock condition survey was carried out during 2016 that has identified the need for investment into Slough Borough Council's corporate stock. The Contract will be based on the M3 NHF Schedule of Rates V7 and relates to various corporate assets, including Libraries, community centres and allotment buildings. This tender concentrates on those properties identified in Phase 2. (For information, Phase 1 of this investment work concentrated on the Children's Centres and Adult/Children Day Centres and has already been tendered separately).
