Tender description

1. To strip, remove and dispose of the asbestos ceiling to the garage area. Work to be carried out under controlled conditions. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for an air test.2. To supply and install 12.5mm fireline plasterboard with joints staggered. To tape and fill the exposed joints and sand in preparation for decoration. To seal all other gaps with intumescent mastic. To supply and apply 2 coats of white emulsion paint.
