ESPO, on behalf of Leicester City Council, is undertaking a procurement process relating to the licences for the sale of ice cream, hot drinks and snacks from vehicles on designated sites within parks operated by Leicester City Council. The contract is anticipated to commence 7 April 2018 for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
