Tender description
FSCS are looking to appoint a supplier who will assist us in embedding the new and improved customer experience, by bringing the Voice of the Customer deeper into the culture at FSCS as well as into the communications with our customers. The appointed supplier is expected to hold customer qualitative research sessions and subsequently create compelling videos that will engage both our People and our customers by bringing to life the customer journeys.
