Refurbishment to Create Art Venue & Café at Unit 21, Western Explanade, Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to carry out a Refurbishment to Create an Art Venue & Café at Unit 21, Western Esplanade Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. You must register on the Council’s e-tendering website where you can express and interest in this tender. You must do this no later than 12 noon on 15th February 2017. Once you have expressed an interest you will receive an automatic alert from the system when the tender has been published. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out on 17th February 2017 with a return date of 14th March 2017. These dates are subject to change. The proposed commencement date of this project is 10th April 2017 and we anticipate a 6 week programme of works. Keywords: Refurbishment
