Procurement for Mainstream Home to School (MH2S) and Supported Public (SP) Transport services. MH2S will be tendered on a 'One School, One Operator' (OSOO) basis, with options to make consolidated bids on assigned clusters of schools. SP will be tendered on the basis of specific Interurban Public Transport (IPT) routes. Two IPT route will be have option for a consolidated bid with a OSOO offer, as a cluster.
