Tender description

NS&I is looking to appoint a research agency to fulfil our quantitative research needs for bespoke quantitative research that we carry out. This does not include omnibus services which are already covered by another contract. The purpose of this PIN is to invite agencies to complete a market engagement questionnaire which will capture a cross section of market opinion to assist in the preparation of tender documents prior to advertising the call for competition in a separate OJEU Contract Notice. The market engagement questionnaire is available for agencies to download by registering their organisation on the NS&I eProcurement portal: https://nsandi.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=NSANDI We are looking to appoint a research agency to fulfil our quantitative research needs for bespoke quantitative research that we carry out. This does not include omnibus services which are already covered by another contract. The contract would be for 1 year, with the aim for it to commence on or near to 1.4.2017. It will include running 1 set piece of work and potentially some ad-hoc pieces of quantitative research. The known piece of work is a customer satisfaction survey. We are looking for an agency to take on the fieldwork, analysis (including prediction models) and reporting of a new customer satisfaction survey that we have introduced. The survey looks at satisfaction with the business as a whole rather than just focusing on satisfaction with recent transactions.
