Floor coverings

Tender description

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the ‘contracting authority’) and Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing (‘KNH’) wish to procure a framework for the supply and installation of floor-coverings (the ‘Service’ or the ‘Services’). The Service will predominantly involve the replacement of flooring in social domestic housing. This will include: carpets, underlay, gripper and associated products, vinyl, linoleum and sheet floor-covering including fitting and installation for KNH, the contracting authority's Housing Solutions Department and from time to time other departments within the contracting authority. The contracting authority and KNH wish to procure a framework for the supply of the Services briefly described in Section II.1.4) of this Notice above. It is anticipated that the Services will be delivered to KNH, the contracting authority's Housing Solutions Department, and from time to time other departments within the contracting authority. The Services required are set out within the procurement documentation (available to download at: https://www.yortender.co.uk/procontract/supplier.nsf), and covers the supply and installation and fitting of carpets, underlay, gripper and associated products, vinyl, linoleum, stair carpet and sheet floor-covering including installation for KNH, the contracting authority's Housing Solutions Department, and from time to time other departments within the contracting authority.
