Tender description

London Borough of Sutton are seeking to appoint an architect with substantial experience in regeneration and who is able to successfully liaise with the local community in preparing site options. We are running a Soft Market Testing Exercise to help inform the final tender specification. We have a set a number of questions we would like providers to answer (please see attached document). To help answer these questions, we are also planning a Market Consultation Event on Friday the 10th of February. The event will be held at Sutton Council's Denmark Road Offices (SM5 2JG).
