Cwm Taf University Health Board wishes to appoint an external provider to form a strategic partnership with the Health Board to primarily supply coffee beans and consumables, and develop the coffee shop brand throughout the Health Board. The Health boards coffee shops, currently are situated at Prince Charles Hospital, Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Keir Hardie Health Park, Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda hospital and Ysbty Cwm Cynon Hospital. Further to the supply of the coffee beans and consumables the Health board wishes the supplier to provide high quality Barista training to staff, maintain and service the Barista machines and work with the Health board on promotional activity to further improve the success of the Bar Barista brand throughout the Health Board. Cwm Taf Health Board wish to approach the market for the supply of Coffee Beans, coffee shop consumables, training for Baristas, Coffee Machine Maintenance and promotional support. The tender will be an open exercise, suppliers will be required to submit a electronic bid through the E-tendering platform Bravo solutions, which will be issued w/c 6th February, there will be a non mandatory site visit opportunity on the 8th of February, and Tenders will close w/c 10th March. The will be a requirement for suppliers who meet the mandatory criteria and progress to the quality evaluation stage to be available for a taste trial on the 28.3.2017.
