Tender description

The package of multi-element improvements proposed will comprise kitchen replacement works (inc. M&E), bathroom refurbishments, upgrades to the scheme's communal lighting, rainwater goods replacement, uPVC over-cladding of fascias and soffits, essential remedial works to roofs (inc. eaves and verges), upgrade of the scheme's existing CCTV system, remedial works to an existing acoustic batten floor to first floor communal areas, resurfacing of external hard-standings (including works to provide a new external clothes-drying area and refuse enclosure by demolishing and removing the scheme's redundant, communal oil tank) and refurbishment works to internal communal areas throughout, to include replacement of existing fire door-sets. It is initially anticipated that the package of improvement works will be delivered over a period of 4 months.
