Tender description

External environmental works to four areas in West End, Tweedmouth, Berwick-upon- Tweed. Works include resurfacing tarmac footpaths including stripping back of existing surface, allowing for adjustments to drainage and resetting of gullies where necessary. Undertaking repointing works to stone retaining walls including replacement of missing and damaged areas of stonework. Realignment of existing external pre-cast concrete and paved external staircases. Relaying of concrete paved areas including supply and installation of new concrete paving units in some areas. Formation of new pre-cast concrete external staircase and landing area. Undertaking rendering works to external walls including installation of new precast concrete coping stones.
