Tender description

Ventilation and air conditioning maintenance and repairs on the Council's property portfolio. The requirement is for the contractor to carry out the services in compliance with the service specification in a manner that will maintain the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the ventilation and air conditioning plant and equipment in the Council's buildings and deliver effective planned and preventative maintenance thus improving up time and life expectancy. In providing the services, the contractor shall carry out all activities necessary for the continual running and efficient use of all specified services. These activities shall include but are not limited to performing: — Effective and efficient reactive repairs and first time fix rates, — Planned maintenance inspections to ensure all ventilation and air conditioning installations are kept in good working order and are compliant with all legal and environmental requirements, and, — All other tasks outlined in the service specification.
