RB525 Homestay Accommodation

Tender description

Leeds Beckett University is looking for a sole contractor to provide Homestay Accommodation for groups of international students. The Department of Languages runs bespoke CPD teacher training and general English courses for groups of international students. As we cannot always guarantee accommodation in University halls for the duration of these programmes, we use private homestay accommodation in the Leeds area instead. This means that the students accessing our courses live with a family who provide meals, accommodation and pastoral support. The contract will be for a 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to the agreed key success factors including satisfactory price, quality, and delivery performance.
