The expansion of the Wellington Academy by 300 pupil places through the construction of a new teaching block and associated accommodation including the provision of a new sports pitch. The Wellington Academy is a secondary school which also accepts Borders as well as day pupils. The requirement is that the new facility is operationally ready to accept pupils by September 2019 which is the purpose of this tender opportunity.
