Please note the following amendment to the Selection Questionnaire issued Section 4 Premier Supplier Programme and all references to Premier Supplier Programme are to be deleted – there will be no requirement for prospective suppliers to participate in the Premier Supplier Programme on this project. The Employer requires a SINGLE SUPPLIER/CONTRACTOR to provide a Total Contract Solution for the assessment of needs, survey, design, manufacture and installation of ceiling track hoists and through floor lifts to a variety of properties including all associated builders work together with servicing and maintenance of both the newly installed equipment and existing equipment installed under previous contracts and provision of a 24/7 breakdown call out facility.
