Tender description

The Council wishes to establish a Framework for maintenance of its Public Rights of Way assets. The Framework will be available to both the Council and public bodies beyond the Council (as defined in the OJEU notice) to call-off from. Once the Framework is established, any of the Framework Users listed will be able to use the framework, but the Council will continue to have oversight of the process to ensure proper management and operation of the Framework. The Framework will be for a wide range of maintenance services as follows: gates and stiles, short bridges, finger posts, waymarks and barriers and surfacing including bound aggregate, un-bound aggregate and tarmac. This lot will be for a wide range of maintenance goods, works and services as follows: gates and stiles, short bridges, finger posts, waymarks and barriers & surfacing including bound aggregate, un-bound aggregate and tarmac on the Kent Public Rights of Way network all based in North West Kent.
