Tender description

It is the intention of this framework to facilitate and enable publicly funded (in whole or in part) organisations to secure Quality, Assurance and Governance Services. This Framework will support Contracting Authorities with advice and support for their current day to day activities against quality, assurance and governance needs, ensuring cost effective value for money services. This framework will provide consultancy services for all existing and/or future state of publicly funded services provided by Beneficiaries of this Framework, as identified and detailed in the Tender documentation. Additionally it is intended that this Framework will support the evolving and developing landscape of publicly funded organisations by including any successor organisations to those detailed in the tender documentation. Awards under the Framework can be: Direct Award — without reopening competition, Partly — with reopening and without reopening competition, or through reopening competition. Provision of an external and independent FTSU Guardian / whistle blowing service which adheres to the requirements of current and future legislation and best practice. EoECPH works collaboratively with Crown Commercial Solutions (CCS), and is a member of the NHS Commercial Alliance, and the NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership, is acting to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for Quality, Assurance and Governance Services.
