Project Description The works will comprise the construction of a new small vehicle automotive workshop with a footprint of approximately 300m2. The scope will include, but not be limited to, the part design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and remedying of defects of the following elements; The preparation of the site, including the breaking out of existing pavement and the identification of existing services for protection, relocation, removal or re-use. Provision of piled foundations and structural steel frame and cladding Masonry walls and reinforced concrete floor slabs Internal partitions, ceilings and doors/ironmongery External doors including roller shutter doors Electrical installation, lighting and fire alarm system Plumbing and heating installation Painting and decoration/ floor and wall finishes External paving and underground services Keywords: construction
