Tender description
Two modular buildings comprising eight classrooms with associated classroom storage, cloakrooms, pupil’s and accessible toilets, arranged over ground and first floors for sale. Each modular building measures 18.0 metres long by 9.6 metres deep and 7.65 metres tall. One unit was installed in August 2015 and the other unit was installed during August 2016. Both units were completely refurbished at the time of installation, inclusive of thermal and acoustic performance improvements and are in excellent condition inside and out. Offers to buy in the region of £240K for both buildings, or £120K for each building are sought, buyer would need to make all arrangements and pay all costs associated with collection Keywords: temporary building
