Tender description

This contract is for St Johns Hall Meadowfield - New Build Community Centre. It is to be noted that the is a Conditional Award subject to Durham County Council being successful in the procuring of the Works Site Location St. John's Hall in Meadowfield, Co. Durham DH7 8RP. The site for the new Community Centre is on the site of the former St. John's Parochial Hall and is accessed from the adjacent St. John the Evangelist Church off John Street South. The main works area is the site of the former Parochial Hall and the access road and car park of the adjacent Church. Description of the Works The works comprise the removal of trees and hedging, raising of tree crowns and the construction of the new St. John's Hall including entrance canopy, corridor, toilets, meeting room, kitchen, office, hall, stores, plant room, utilities, fencing, drainage, paving and landscaping.
