Tender description
Hanover Scotland are seeking a Main Contractor for the construction with novated design of 30 Sheltered/Extra Care units and 14 Amenity units at a greenfield site at Hamilton Gardens, Spynie, Elgin. The project will be procured using a 2 stage tender approach with the first stage contractor selection made on the basis of Quality and Price as described in the ITT.
