TfL 93755 Arches and Retail Sites Refurbishment

Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) will be letting a contract for the refurbishment of retail sites in disused ticket offices, railway arches and other locations both inside and outside stations. TfL has a portfolio of 2,500 properties, including 800 arches. We propose to let the contract as 3 lots: (1) General building for arches and retail premises outside stations; (2) General building for ticket offices and other premises inside stations; and (3) Glazing and shop fronts. We are currently proposing a 2-year contract term with 2 1-year options to extend. We are inviting suppliers to participate in early market engagement through completing a market sounding questionnaire (MSQ).
