Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

The nature of the works to be executed under this contract comprises repairs, maintenance works of improvement and alteration to the full portfolio of properties and assets owned or rented by the Council. Work may be required to any property or asset for which the Councils have a maintenance responsibility for within the geographical areas of their respective administrative boundaries. The duration of this framework will be 36 months from the date of commencement with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The required lots are General Building, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Joinery, Glazing, Resurfacing, Painting and Decoration, Scaffolding, Flooring and Drainage. Bricklaying and general building repairs and maintenance. Roofing repairs and maintenance. Electrical installations maintenance and repairs. Plumbing repairs and maintenance. Joinery repairs and maintenance. Glazing repairs and maintenance. Resurfacing repairs and maintenance. Painting and decoration works and maintenance. Scaffolding installation and dismantling work. Floor coverings application and repairs. Drainage maintenance and repairs.
