Tender description
PQQ for the design and build of a Passivhaus residential development of 34 flats and 4 houses including the demolition of the existing building located at the Former Magistrate Courts, Mountain Road, Caerphilly. This will be a sectional completion contract with stage 1 being the demolition and stage 2 the design and build. This is a PQQ for the design and build of a Passvihaus residential scheme comprising 34 over 55s flats and 4 general needs houses. The contract will be a sectional completion contract with Stage 1 comprising the demolition of the existing structure and Stage 2 comprising the design and build. The scheme has been approved for funding under the Welsh Government Innovative Housing Programme. The completed scheme will need to achieve Passivhaus certification.
