Tender description

De Montfort University entered into a long lease with the City Council in 2015. Phase 1 of the development of the Beaumont Park site comprised i) a new ATP pitch for football ii) 2nr FA standard natural turf pitches and iii) an extension to the existing clubhouse to provide additional changing room facilities along with associated ancillary external works. The works were completed in October 2016. The proposed phase 2 works are for the construction of a further 3G multi sports artificial turf pitch. The pitch will accommodate sports including rugby, football, American football and Lacrosse. Under a separate contract it is proposed that the existing clubhouse and changing facilities will be extended along with ancillary external works.
