Tender description

Thirteen Housing Group ("Thirteen") seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out refurbishment to the internal aspects of 495 existing properties across the boroughs of Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees. The main activities include Boiler swaps and full heating systems, Electrical works including rewires, distribution boards & Fires, PIV Installations, a small number of Kitchen renewals, Bathroom renewals, Window & Door renewals and other associated activities. The properties will vary in house type and the scope of works will vary between properties as indicated. The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") [formerly NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP")] is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
