Ashford Borough Council are inviting suitably qualified contractors to tender for the construction of a single story extension, as part of Disabled Adaptation works, to a council owned property. The works will consist of constructing a single story building with a flat roof and parapet wall using traditional method of construction, as well as carrying out some minor alteration work to the existing building. The work is programmed to be an 8 week contract and undertaken between January 2018 and March 2018 and should be resourced appropriately. Note; the start and end dates as stated in this notice are provisional at this stage and maybe subject to change.
