Tender description

Manchester City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide Planned & Preventative Maintenance including Reactive Repairs together with Small Works utilising a Measured Term Contract in accordance with industry best practice across MCC Public Buildings. Contract will start on 1st August 2018 and will be for a 3 year term with an option to extend for a further year. Works will consist of, but are not restricted to: Repairs/Alterations/Renovation/Demolition Excavation and Filling Brickwork and Blockwork Cleaning Drainage Electrical Flagging/Block Paviors/Concrete Glazing Carpentry/Joinery Metalwork Painting/Decorating Plumbing Roofing Vinyl Covering Plaster/Render and Tiling Landscaping Maintenance.
