Tender description

The key requirement of this project is to provide primary care services to the people of Waverley from a custom built medical centre, with a contract duration of 15 years. Our vision for this, and all, general practice within Rotherham: Plans and services of all commissioners and health and social service providers in Rotherham are prioritised by needs identified in our Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and the five key Rotherham Health and Wellbeing (H&WB) Strategic aims: — All children to get the best start in life. — Children and young people achieve their potential and have a healthy adolescence and early adulthood. — All Rotherham people enjoy the best possible mental health and wellbeing and have a good quality of life. — Healthy life expectancy is improved for all Rotherham people and the gap in life expectancy is reducing. — Rotherham has healthy, safe and sustainable communities and places.
