Tender description

Expressions of interest are invited from organisations with demonstrable previous experience of large occupied office refurbishment projects of similar size and scope to this proposed project at Bracknell Forest Council's (the Council's) Time Square premises. The project will allow the rationalisation of the Council's property portfolio and needs to relocate its staff, Management suite and the Council Chamber and associated democratic function into Time Square. The Time Square building is a five storey office block located in the centre of Bracknell, and is currently in use as Council Offices. Estimated contract value between £2m and £2.3m.
