Tender description
PACT HR provide HR services to schools and other organisations. A sales and Marketing consultant is required to work with the management team to develop a sales and marketing strategy to enable the service to undertake market research, customer satisfaction enquiries, develop additional products and services and get these to market. PACT HR have traditionally worked with schools in the Bradford area and delivered a range of HR services through standard service level agreements. We are now in a position to widen our portfolio of services and look to increase our customer base. We require some support and expertise in developing a sales and marketing strategy which the management team can then use to implement as part of a wider a wider strategy on commercialisation and trading our services to wider markets.
