Leicester City Council Children's Services department invites Tenders for the provision of Window Replacement Scheme for the following schools: LOT 1 - Stokes Wood Primary School Site Address: Blackett Avenue, Leicester, LE3 9BX Proposed commencement date: 10th February 2018 Works to be completed by: 31st August 2018 LOT 2 - Upland Infant School Site Address: Melbourne Road, Leicester, LE2 0DR Proposed commencement date: 10th February 2018 Works to be completed by: 31st August 2018 The proposed works will cover the replacement of single glazed metal and timber windows with double glazed powder coated aluminium windows. Suppliers can bid for any one or both of the above lots. Responses for each lot will be evaluated separately. In a situation whereby one Supplier ranks first for both lots (combined score for quality and price in line with published evaluation criteria), the possibility of awarding both lots to one Supplier will be considered subject to demonstrable ability to deliver within the timescales required.
