Tender description

This project consists of Voids Upgrades to 6 no. Local Authority Dwellings in North Leitrim. The works to be carried out will consist primarily of refurbishment works internally in the houses along with upgrading of heating systems as well as new and improvement works externally. No. 14 McNean Crescent is a 2 Bedroom Semi Detached single storey dwelling, 13,16,42,46 & 48 Drumlease are all 1 Bedroom semi Detached single storey dwellings. The refurbishment works consist of the following :- 1. Removal of rubbish from houses 2. New and remedial works to external boundaries 3. Improvement works to gardens 4. Upgrading of heating systems 5. Upgrading store to rear of Houses 6. Decorating internally and externally 7. Electrical assessment of house 8. Installation/upgrading of bathrooms 9. Installation of new kitchens
