Choice Housing Ireland wish to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent contractor to provide multi element improvements to the above sites. The works consist of kitchen replacements to 32 self-contained flats, redecoration of internal communal areas, flooring replacements and lighting upgrades to communal areas and minor roof works consisting of pvc fascia installations, rainwater goods replacement, eaves felt upgrade.
