Kitchen Renewals — Customer liaison over work. Strip out existing kitchen and install new units and worktops.Rewire kitchen to suit positioning of appliances. All plumbing and heating carcass alterations as necessary.Tiling walls between worktop and wall units and behind cooker position. Decorating kitchen on completion. The Contractor shall start a maximum of 5 kitchens per week. The Contractor shall complete kitchens in 5 working days. Choice Housing Ireland wish to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent contractor to provide kitchen renewals to approximately 120 properties across the Belfast area. The works consist of: — Strip out existing kitchen and install new units and worktops. — Rewire kitchen to suit positioning of appliances. — All plumbing and heating carcass alterations as necessary. — Tiling walls between worktop and wall units and behind cooker position. — Decorating kitchen on completion. The Contractor shall start work on a maximum of 5 kitchens per week and complete each kitchen within 5 working days. The majority of premises will remain occupied throughout the duration of the works. Customer liaison over work may be required.
