HPS Subcontractor Services Framework. Framework comprising 13 Lots and covering the geographical areas Hampshire, Surrey, West and East Sussex, Kent, London and Peterborough. The 13 Lots being awarded under this Contract Notice are as follows: Lot 1 — Masonry and Brickwork Lot 2 — Fencing and Gates Lot 3 — Carpentry and Glazing Lot 4 — Painting and Plastering Lot 5 — Plumbing Lot 6 — Gas and Alternative Heating (Domestic) Lot 7 — Gas and Alternative Heating (Commercial) Lot 8 — Electrical/Electrician Services Lot 9 — Damp Prevention Services Lot 10 — Scaffolding Services Lot 11 — Roofing Services Lot 12 — Drains and Drainage Services Lot 13 — Waste Management Services Masonry and groundwork services. Provision and installation of Fencing and Gates. The provision of Carpentry, Joinery and Glazing Services. Provision of plastering and painting services. Additionally the supply and installation of floor and wall coverings. Provision of plumbing services including the installation of bathroom aids and adaptations. Gas and Alternative Heating (Domestic) services. Gas and Alternative Heating (Commercial) services. Provision of plumbing services (including the installation of bathroom aids and adaptations). Provision of damp prevention services. Provision of scaffolding erecting and dismantling services. Additionally the provision of scaffolding. Provision of roofing and roofing repair services (with or without scaffolding). Provision of draining services and drain maintenance and repair/clearance services. Provision of waste management services (including the collection and removal and safe disposal of building waste arising from i.e. building refurbishment projects).
