TRGL wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a number of external estate agents, the terms of the framework will be for three years with an option to extend for up to 12 months. The framework will be broken down into 4 lots. The volume of work to be commissioned as part of this framework cannot be precisely determined and will be assigned as and when required however, it is estimated that an approximate 120 units for sale in the first year of this framework in the North East. — Lot 1 — North East — Lot 2 — North West — Lot 3 — Midlands — Lot 4 — London and the South East Tenderers can submit to any/all lots.
