The Project is for the provision of 55 new build social housing units at Bishop Street, Derry to create the following mix of accommodation: — 7no. 5 Person 3 Bedroom General Needs Houses — 10no. 3 Person 2 Bedroom General Needs Houses — 13no. 3 Person 2 Bedroom General Needs Apartments — 1no. 2 Person 1 Bedroom General Needs Apartment — 8no. 3 Person 2 Bedroom Category 1 Elderly Apartments (Refurb Nazareth House) — 16no. 2 Person 1 Bedroom Category 1 Elderly Apartments (Refurb Nazareth House) — 1 No. 3 Person 2 Bedroom Complex Needs Unit — 1 No. 8 Person 5 Bedroom Complex Needs Unit — 1 No. 5 Person 3 Bedroom Complex Needs Unit The contractor will be responsible for all services etc. to develop this site and for providing, prior to completion, the relevant statutory approvals and documentation. The contract period is anticipated to be 24 months.
